Hi guys. I'm back for week 2 with even more great photos. Here we go.
This photo of my little brother shows a very sweaty young man. Sweating is our body's way of maintaining homeostasis, or operating at equilibrium.
These plant roots, if I'm correct, use gibberellins to grow stronger and larger. Gibberellins are hormones from fungus.
This Mich Ultra is only here as a result of fermentation, the process of turning plants like yeast into energy (ATP) which, in this case, is alcohol.
This elephant uses his trunk, one of his greatest adaptations, to easily acquire food that would otherwise be difficult to reach. He is a real cute guy.
Ethylene is responsible, sometimes, for the ripening of fruit. A type of hydrocarbon, it is a hormone that causes plants to mature.
I hope you guys like my pixxx. Have a good 4th.
